#020 Warrant Service
Officer Taylor contacted a 35 year old adult female in the Niles Community Park and arrested her for a felony warrant.

#040 Residential Burglary
33900 Milton St – Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence and stolen construction tools.

#044 Commercial burglary
Officers responded to the 43500 block of Christy St to investigate a commercial burglary.  The suspects entered the store and stole a large amount of electronic devices from displays. 
Suspect #1 – Black male adult wearing a navy blue sweatshirt with the hood over his head.
Suspect #2 – Black male adult
Suspect vehicle – Silver Infinity G35 with paper plates

#004 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest
Officer Berrier arrested a 49 year old adult male for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

#001 Vandalism
A delivery truck driver on his route to deliver food to businesses was stopped in the area of Albrea St and Stevenson Blvd when an unknown male punched the trucks’ window causing it to shatter.  The male fled the scene and was located by Officer Tatola near CJ’s Liquors.   The 26 year old adult male was positively identified and arrested for the vandalism.  Case investigated by Officer Gerber.  

Auto Burglaries: 
Three vehicles were burglarized in the Pacific Commons Shopping Center area.  The suspect vehicle was described as a dark grey Volkswagen with paper plates.

Transient/Homeless Related Calls for Service:
#1268 – 6:36 a.m. – Christy St/Auto Mall Pkwy – A male was sleeping causing a disturbance.  The male was asked to leave.
#1277 – 7:24 a.m. – The Counter – A male was sleeping in front of the doors.  The male was contacted and asked to leave.
#1298 – 8:40 a.m. - Reliance Machine – A male possibly living in a truck was yelling.  This is an ongoing issue.  The male was contacted and asked to leave the area.
#1385 – 11:09 a.m. – Centerville Community Center – A transient was sleeping along a fence in the parking lot and was gone by the time police arrived.
#1402 – 11:48 a.m. - Family Resource Center – A female was causing a disturbance.  Security told her she could come back to conduct her business but only if she agreed to not cause a disturbance.  She agreed.
#1419 – 12:25 p.m. – Fremont Blvd/Decoto Rd. – Report of a homeless encampment being set up.  Officers were unable to locate.
#1448 – 1:31 p.m. – 37000 block of Lassen St. – A motorhome had been parked for several days and the occupants had set up lawn chairs.  It was gone by the time officers arrived.
#1577 – 8:04 p.m. – Steward Ave/Boyce Rd. – A male living in a motorhome started a bonfire.  The male was contacted and no further action taken. 
#1607 – 9:26 p.m. Deep Creek Rd./Alvarado Bl. – Report of a theft at a homeless encampment.  Officers investigated and were not able to locate the stolen property.

#006 False Police Report
CSO Terri Romero was dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle.  Officer L. Kennedy responded to assist after it was determined CHP was actively investigating the alleged stolen vehicle as being involved in a collision that occurred the night prior.  The reporting party and registered owner (22 year old female, Fremont resident) was arrested for making a false police report. 

#033 Auto Burglary
4100 block of Cushing Pkwy – The victim’s vehicle was parked in the south end of a parking lot, when unknown suspect(s) broke a window and stole electronic items.

#034 Armed Robbery
At 8:48 p.m., officers investigated an armed robbery in the 38900 block of Farwell Dr.  The suspect entered the store armed with a knife, jumped onto the counter and demanded money.  The suspect was last seen running northbound on Farwell Dr. with a portion of the cash register.  The suspect described as a black male adult, 5’07”, skinny build, wearing a black mask, white or grey hooded sweatshirt, denim pants, and he was armed with a knife.

#036 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officers responded to a group fighting in front of Tandoori Pizza.  A 31 year old adult male was contacted outside the restaurant displaying symptoms of being intoxicated.  The male was arrested for said offense and transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.  Case handled by Officer Dennis.

Transient/Homeless Related Calls for Service:
#1825 – 10:39 a.m. – Walgreens Mowry – A male who comes in to the store frequently was near the main entrance.  Officers contacted the male and told him he needed to stay away from the store.  He moved along.
#1862 – 12:26 p.m. – Shell Gas Station on Grimmer – Two subjects were bothering customers asking for money.  They were gone by the time officers arrived.
#1875 – 1:01 p.m. – 41300 Fremont Blvd. – A transient was living in a shed that belonged to a church.  Officers responded, but the female was gone when they arrived.
#1893 – 1:50 p.m., - Century Theaters Pacific Commons – A male transient riding his bike through the parking lot spilled beer on the reporting party’s vehicle.  Officers made contact with security and determined who the male was.  He could not be located and there was no damage to the vehicle that could warrant charges of vandalism.
#1962 – 4:52 p.m. – 37300 Fremont Blvd. – Ongoing issue of subjects drinking outside a business and bothering customers.  The busienss was closed and officers could not reach the reporting party for further when they responded.  Several transients were contat nearby, but there was no description  provided.
#1993 – 4:46 p.m. – Shinn St./Von Euw Co. – Report of a motorhome parked in the area.
#2021 – 8:23 p.m. – Safeway – Male sleeping in the store refusing to leave.  He was asked to move along.
#2034 – 8:59 p.m. – Union Bank of California – A male transient was sleeping in front of the doors near the ATM.  The male was contacted and asked to move along.

#018 Warrant Service
Officer Ramsey conducted a traffic stop and learned the passenger; a 32 year old adult male had a misdemeanor warrant.  Officer Hanrahan responded to assist and took the male into custody. 

#001 DUI Arrest
At 11:44 p.m., Officer Gerber conducted a traffic stop in the area of Warm Springs Blvd and Mission Blvd after observing a white Mercedes violate several traffic laws.  The 47 year old driver was contact and arrested for for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and possession of a controlled substance.

#002 DUI Arrest
Officers were dispatched to Audubon Park Ct regarding a disturbance where a female believed the reporting party possibly hit her vehicle. The involved female is contacted by officers who determine there was no accident involving the two vehicles.  The 32 year old female driver displays symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and is later arrested for DUI.  During a search of her person, suspected cocaine is found in her pants pocket.  Case investigated by Officer Gallagher.

#009 Trespassing
Officers were dispatched to the Mission Square Shopping Center on the report of a sleeping transient.  Officer Han contacted a 38 year old adult male and issued a trespass warning notice. 
#2163 – 5:28 a.m. – 7-11 Sundale – This came in as a trespassing call and the subject moved along.
#2367 - 4:58 p.m. – Sofi Fremont Apartments - A female transient was causing a disturbance.  She was asked to move along.
#2386 – 5:42 p.m. – Central Ave/Church Ave – Officers were unable to locate a male who was reported as making people feel uncomfortable as he yelled at them.  The male was also mumbling to himself. 
#2475 – 10:12 p.m. – Mission Peak II Apartments – A male was reported to be walking around the complex yelling.  Officers located the male a short distance away and spoke to him.  No further action was taken.
