At 1215 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported that several roads remain closed due to flooding in northern Berkeley County. This includes a portion of Williamsport Pike near Berkeley. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Berkeley, Falling Waters, Hedgesville, Winebrenners Cross, Arden, and Vanville.
