At 1058 PM EDT, local law enforcement officials reported flooding along Dry Run in Martinsburg that was causing evacuations. Tuscarora Creek is near moderate flood stage, which affects low lying areas in Martinsburg. Mill Creek in Bunker Hill is approaching flood stage. Other flooding may also be occurring in the area. Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, Municipal Stadium, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson, Boonsboro, Smithsburg, Inwood, Paramount-Long Meadow, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Mount Aetna, Mount Lena, San Mar, Long Meadow, Kearneysville, Saint James and Berkeley.
