* Flood Warning for... Washington County in north central Maryland... Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Eastern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 834 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in Jefferson county and another 1 to 2 inches are possible.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Municipal Stadium, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson, Boonsboro, Smithsburg, Inwood, Paramount-Long Meadow, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Mount Aetna, Mount Lena, San Mar, Harpers Ferry, Long Meadow and Corporation Of Ranson.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD
