Runaway juvenile 16-year-old Theodore Frazier of St. Helena Island returned home this morning and is unharmed. 
At approximately 9;30 this morning, the Sheriff's Office was notified by 16-year-old Theodore Frazier's parents that he returned to his Orange Grove Road, St. Helena Island home. Deputies responded to the home and observed Theodore to be unharmed.
