The Simi Valley Police Department is actively seeking residents from the community to join our valued team of Volunteers. Volunteers play an integral part in serving the Department and the community.
On Wednesday, August 29 2018, there will be a Volunteer recruitment information meeting at two separate times: 4:00pm and 6:00pm: in the Police Department Emergency Operations Center, 3901 Alamo Street, Simi Valley. Prospective volunteers should consider attending one of these informational meetings.
To qualify, volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States, a resident of Simi Valley, and must pass an extensive background investigation. Candidates must have the ability to volunteer 8-14 hours a month.
