Suspect arrested in connection to 60 car burglaries in Central NJ.

Jamesburg Police Chief James J. Craparotta announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with more than 60 car burglaries in the Central Jersey area over the past month. On August 14th, 2018 at 2:04 AM, Patrolman Joseph Quinn of the Jamesburg Police Department while on routine patrol observed Curtis Brown age 26 of Dayton, New Jersey breaking into a motor vehicle on Christinalynn Drive in Monroe Township. Brown was arrested by Patrolman Quinn and after a joint investigation by Jamesburg, Monroe and South Brunswick Detectives, who conducted a search of a Route 130 motel in South Brunswick numerous stolen items were recovered. Brown has been charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, Brown is lodged in the Middlesex county Correctional Centre.
