Palmdale Sheriff’s Station is excited to announce our upcoming Tip a Cop event on Thursday, September 13, 2018! This year we have partnered up with BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse located at 1325 Rancho Vista Boulevard to bring this Special Olympics fundraiser to the Antelope Valley.

Tip a Cop is an annual event where deputies become celebrity waiters at a restaurant. Deputies have a “Tradition of Service” which will include taking your order and bringing your meal to you. All tips collected will be donated to the Special Olympic programs in the Antelope Valley.

Special Olympics Southern California is a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive, and respected members of society through sports training and competition. All proceeds raised during the event will be used for events benefiting Antelope Valley members of the Special Olympics organization.

Palmdale Sheriff’s Station will also have displays in the parking lot for children to enjoy which include a rock wall, speed pitch, show vehicles and an armored vehicle. Bring your appetite and your generous donations to BJ’s Restaurant from 5pm to 9pm.
