An accident has occurred at La 21 and La 1085 (Bootlegger Rd). The traffic lights are currently not working. 
An accident occurred at the intersection of La 21 (S. Tyler) and La 1085 (Bootlegger Rd). A vehicle has struck the control box for the signal lights rendering them inoperable. DOTD is working to replace the box but it could take hours to complete the repairs. Please avoid the intersection. Until the lights are repaired, please treat the intersection as a four way stop. Thanks
