                Deputy Aaron Vallini of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Dianna Lee Bingham, 32, of 4565 Rainhill Drive in Morganton, with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
                Vallini assisted N.C. State Highway Patrol Trooper Josh Settlemyre with a traffic stop on U.S. 70 West and Circle Drive in Marion at 12:25 a.m. on Friday, July 20.
                Bingham, who was driving, was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Gaston County.
                A subsequent search of Bingham as she was being taken into custody yielded 4 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
