* Flash Flood Watch for portions of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, including the following areas, in Maryland, Carroll, Central and Eastern Allegany, Central and Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Extreme Western Allegany, Frederick MD, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford, Northwest Howard, Northwest Montgomery, Southeast Harford, Southern Baltimore, and Washington. In Virginia, Clarke, Eastern Loudoun, Frederick VA, and Western Loudoun. In West Virginia, Berkeley, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Jefferson, Morgan, and Western Mineral.

* Slow moving showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening will be capable of producing intense rainfall rates that could lead to flash flooding.
