One vehicle crash in Cass county 
One Vehicle Crash
Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports his office investigated a single vehicle crash which occurred on Green Lake Rd. near Corwin St., Wayne Twp, Cass County, Michigan.
This incident happened on 08-08-2018 at approx. 1:40 am.
Deputies were called after the driver, Helen S. Gasca, 53 Yrs, of Decatur, Michigan suffered a medical emergency while driving. Gasca lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tree off of Green Lake Rd. Gasca was transported by Pride Care Ambulance to Borgess Lee Hospital for treatment.
Deputies were assisted by Wayne Twp. Fire Dept. A seatbelt was used by Gasca at the time of crash. This incident remains under investigation at this time.
