Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people who stole power tools from an Islandia business last month.

A person or people cut through a chain link fence, cut the lock off of a trailer and stole assorted Makita grinders, Rupees buffers, Snap-on tools and a Stihl backpack blower from Remarkably Clean, located at 190 Blydenburg Road, on July 19 at approximately 11:50 p.m. A newer, light-colored van with rear windows on the back doors was observed leaving the scene.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
