* Locations impacted include... Cleveland, Lorain, Elyria, Vermilion, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Strongsville, Westlake, North Royalton, North Ridgeville, Solon, Avon Lake, Warrensville Heights, Amherst, Grafton, Wellington and Highland Hills.
