City's Contractor to start milling & resurfacing work on Martin, Sternberg to Ellis Wednesday (8/8), weather permitting. Expect delays. 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that its contractor plans to start milling and pavement resurfacing work for Martin Road between Sternberg Road and Ellis Road on Wednesday morning (August 8, 2018, weather dependent). The road will remain open to traffic, but travel will be limited during the work with traffic controlled by cones and flagging operations. Delays are to be expected. Base pavement scheduled to be placed prior to August 10, 2018 with the remaining work completed by August 31, 2018, if not sooner.
If you wish to by-pass the construction area, two suggested routes would be Grand Haven Road to Pontaluna Road to Henry Street or Grand Haven Road to Airport Road to Wellesley Drive to Martin Road to Hile Road.
