Absconded Sex Offender Captured By Sheriff Victor Hill’s Elite Stalking Unit

Orlando Beals who is a registered sex offender from Lowndes County, Georgia made a huge error when he decided abscond and relocate to Clayton County.  Beals charges were a sexual offense from Illinois and upon moving to Georgia, he was required to obey Georgia’s sex offender laws.   Lowndes County took out an arrest warrant for Beal’s arrest June 6, 2018 when he disappeared from their jurisdiction.  When members of Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Stalking unit whose mission is to “stalk the stalkers” got word that Beal could be possibly hiding out in Clayton County, a manhunt ensued.

On the afternoon of August 3, 2018, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Stalking and B.A.T. Units combined forces going to an apartment complex located on Mt. Zion Road to find Beal.  A female came to the door, but refused to open it for the Deputies. The female later identified as Nadine Jackson did not return to the door for approximately twenty minutes while the Sheriff’s elite forces continued to knock and announce their presence. Realizing that the Deputies were getting ready to find a way in,  Jackson finally opened the door and let them in.  Beals gave up without a fight.

Jackson’s failure to open the door for Deputies resulted in them opening the doors of the “Hill-ton” for her to enjoy an extended stay with Beals.  They both now face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
