* At 935 PM EDT, Abbotts Creek in Davidson County was still in flood and will likely remain in flood through Saturday due to recent heavy rain the past couple of days.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lexington.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DAVIDSON, NC
Instructions:
Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams. Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
