The Emeryville Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing person: Niko Lacerna AM 22 years old, last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and a black Northface backpack. Lacerna was last seen yesterday at around 5pm near W. Macarthur Blvd and West St. If you have information that can assist in helping locate Mr. Lacerna, please call 911 or contact the police at 510-596-3700.
