FUGITIVE SEARCH-JOVAN CORTEZ WASHINGTON, B/M, 27YOA, 5'4" 140 LBS, BLK/BRO wanted for possession of marijuana 
In July of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued two arrest warrants for Jovan Cortez Washington, both for possession of marijuana. Also in July, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 5 issued three arrest warrants for Washington for domestic battery in the presence of a child, false informing, and operating a motor vehicle while never having received a license. Washington also has an outstanding writ of attachment out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 3.
