SCE repairs on westbound PCH shoulder east of Kanan today from 11AM to 2PM. Turn pocket onto Kanan closed. 
Southern California Edison crews will be repairing a failed transformer on westbound PCH, approximately 500 feet east of Kanan Dume Rd on Thursday, August 2, from approximately 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Work will be on the shoulder and will require the closure of the turn pocket from PCH onto Kanan.
Traffic control will be provided. Motorists should expect some delays.
