Invasion of Privacy Arrest 
On July 29, 2018, at approximately 8:09 pm, Cypress Police officers were notified that a male subject was surreptitiously taking photographs targeting women wearing skirts at the Cypress Target department store. Officers were advised the suspect had fled the scene after a brief altercation with a witness. Based on information received from two victims and multiple witnesses, Cypress Police detectives were able to identify the suspect as Jorge A. Ibarra, Jr. (DOB 1-5-1989). During the investigation, officers learned Mr. Ibarra had committed the same crime at the Target department store located at 20200 Bloomfield in the city of Cerritos earlier in the day
On August 1, 2018, detectives from the Cypress Police Department located and arrested Mr. Ibarra for PC 647(j)(2) – Invasion of Privacy. Mr. Ibarra was booked at the Orange County Jail and bail has been set at $25,000.
