Peeper Spray Robber Captured By Sheriff Victor Hill’s Elite Fugitive Squad
On July 30, 2018 Ternell O’Darryl Brown robbed a Metro PCS store by spraying both clerks with pepper spray. Brown then kneed one of the clerks in the face several times before taking $250.00 from the cash register and leaving the scene.
Clayton County Police Detectives quickly identified Brown and obtained arrest warrants for robbery and aggravated assault.
Today, members of Of Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad found Brown in the Rex area of Clayton County to see if he would be so bold to attempt to spray them with pepper spray. It was no surprise that Brown proved to be just another coward criminal. Brown meekly surrendered for an extended stay at the “Hill-ton” where he is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
