0937 Hours: Officer Allum contacted and arrested a 33-year-old Dublin male for reckless driving during a traffic stop on Jarvis Avenue at Spruce Street. The suspect was issued a citation and released at the scene.

1109 Hours: Officer Palacio investigated the theft of tools from Home Depot, 5401 Thornton Avenue.

1111 Hours: Officer R. Johnson contacted and arrested a 63-year-old Newark male for driving on a suspended license, expired registration and no proof of insurance during a routine traffic stop on the 5800 block of Stevenson Boulevard. The suspect was issued a citation and released at the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

1236 Hours: Officer Wilkerson and Field Training Officer Warren responded to the 35200 block of Newark Boulevard for a welfare check of a male subject lying on the sidewalk. A 50-year-old Oakland male was contacted and arrested for disorderly conduct / being under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.

1357 Hours: Officer Mavrakis investigated an auto burglary on the 34800 block of Newark Boulevard. The loss was a bag containing a laptop, IPad and Passport.
