7/28 – 6:40 p.m. – Police were called to the China King Restaurant, on West Washington, for a vehicle that was blocking the front door, and prohibiting people from entering or leaving the building. Upon arrival the officer found a subject behind the wheel, with the vehicle running and the gear in drive. Upon further investigation it was believed the driver was intoxicated. The driver, David A. Schaffner age 35 of Millstadt, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
