Employees and volunteers from both the ACHD
and the USDA will be spreadig anti-Rabies baits. 
Employees and volunteers from both the Allegheny County Health Department and the United States Department of Agriculture will be spreading raccoon rabies baits in our area starting August 3rd and ending August 17th.
These baits are about the same size as a packet of ketchup. If you happen to see any of these, please don't touch them.
The County also asks to please keep your pets on a leash, in an enclosed area or indoors during this time and for a week after the project is completed.
