At 707 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary moving
across the region. Movement was east at 40 mph. Several automated
weather stations have already reported winds of 40 to 50 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this boundary and
any storms behind the boundary.

Dallas, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney,
Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound,
