OSBI assisting with a shooting investigation in Noble

OSBI is seeking two persons of interest for questioning in connection with the shooting in Noble. These individuals are Bo Anthony Mullican, DOB 12/18/1993 and Rebecca “Becca” Kocher. If you know their whereabouts, please contact the OSBI at 405-848-6724 or the tip line at 1-800-522-8017.
At approximately 0500 this morning, OSBI assistance was requested by Noble Police Department with a shooting investigation. Officials determined the shooting occurred at approximately 11:45 Thursday evening at 1111 N 5th Street in Noble. More than one victim was reported. Their identities, condition and where they are being treated is not immediately available. OSBI is conducting interviews and following investigative leads.
