OSBI ICAC makes arrest 
On Wednesday July 25, OSBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit arrested Christopher Carter, DOB 5/1/1983, in Woodward, OK. Carter was arrested on a municipal warrant and later charged with aggravated possession of child pornography. Carter is being held in the Woodward County jail. OSBI worked the case with the Woodward County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is ongoing and reports will be turned over to the Woodward County District Attorney’s office upon completion.
