Detective Paul Alkire of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Alexander Gabriel Cain, 20, of Spruce Pine, with breaking and entering, larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle.
                On Wednesday, July 4, Serena Cain and Yair Valadez reported that someone stole a 2004 Audi from their residence at 278 Pleasant Hill Road in Marion.
                An investigation led to Alexander Cain, who is Serena Cain’s brother. The suspect is also accused of breaking into the house and stealing the car keys.
                The Audi has not been recovered.
