A raccoon was killed today off United States Avenue that was likely rabid. You should practice the utmost respect for wildlife. Do not feed any wild or ferel animal and always assume rabies. Dogs MUST be tightly leashed at all times - it's the law! Please call the police if you suspect any feral or suspicious animals in your area.
