OSBI assisting with a death investigation at the Best Way Inn in Blackwell, Oklahoma. 
Monday evening, OSBI was requested by the Kay County DA’s office to assist with an investigation involving a death at the Best Way Inn, located at 4302 W Doolin Ave in Blackwell. A male victim, later idenfied as Deepkuner Bhakta, 25, was found deceased in the parking lot. Bhakta was the property manager at the Best Way Inn. Investigative efforts are ongoing. Officials are working this investigation as a homicide.
