Evansville man arrested on DUI charge. 
On July 22, 2018, at 11:06 p.m. Deputy Ben Kiesel conducted a traffic stop on a Red Honda Civic for speeding on US 41 near County Road 350 South. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Kiesel identified the driver as 19 year old Colton Gray of Evansville. While speaking with Mr. Gray Deputy Kiesel observed an open beer can in a cup holder inside the vehicle. At that point Deputy Kiesel began a roadside DUI investigation. Upon the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Kiesel placed Mr. Gray into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Minor Consumption. Mr. Gray remains in custody on a $450 bond.
Assisting Deputy Kiesel in his investigation was Sgt. John Fischer and Deputy U.B. Smith.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
