#014 Drunk Driving
Officer Wong was originally dispatched to a disturbance involving a male and female in the 40100 block of Margery Dr.  While speaking with the male half, the female drove by the residence and was ultimately stopped in the area.  She was very intoxicated and was arrested for drunk driving.

#023 Felony Vandalism
At 12:56 p.m. reporting party from the 46700 block of Fremont Blvd called 911 and reported that two males were shooting into a vehicle with a shot gun in the parking lot.  Multiple units responded and found an occupied vehicle with damage to several windows and the side mirrors.  Officers learned there was no shooting, but that the suspects had broken the windows of the victim’s vehicle with baseball bats.  The victim was mildly cooperative and the suspects were not located.  Investigated by Officer L. Kennedy and Officer Cavaz.

Disturbance
A transient male was shouting profanities at kids playing soccer at Central Park.  The male was contacted and moved along without incident.

#005 Possession of a Stolen Loaded Firearm
At 3:43 a.m., Officer Tatola and Officer Sun conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the area of Warm Springs Blvd and Mission Blvd. and contact the 27 year old male driver and 24 year old female passenger.  The male was found to be on active to probation with a search clause.  A search of the vehicle was conducted pursuant to the terms of probation and the officers locate two stolen loaded firearms out of Nevada, within the vehicle.  They are both arrested for on a number of charges including receiving known stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a stolen loaded firearm, and carrying a loaded hand gun.  The male also received a charge of felon in possession of a firearm, and a probation violation.  They were booked into the Fremont Jail.

#004 Warrant Arrest/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
At 1:30 a.m., Officer Berrier contacted a female while conducting a security check in the 37800 block of Niles Blvd.  The female was found to have an active warrant and was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was booked into the Fremont Jail.
