Today Clayton County Police, Jonesboro Police, and the Sheriff’s Office joined forces to execute Sheriff Victor Hill’s “Operation Dark Legend”.  24 wanted suspects were apprehended and arrested.

When Officers and Deputies went to Willow Way apartments  to look for Alphonso Duplessis who was wanted for burglary, his friend Christopher Stephenson open the door.  Stephenson was honest with them that Duplessis was inside.   Stephenson did not mention that also inside were guns, drugs, and a stolen vehicle parked outside.  Kayla Briscoe who was also at the residence gave officers a false name when asked who she was.   All 3 of them are now facing the wall tonight at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known as the “Hill-ton”.
