Narrative:
On July 15, 2018, at approximately 6:49 PM, Jacob Moore was riding his motorcycle west on Earl Joseph Avenue approaching the intersection of Greenlawn Avenue, when for unknown reasons
Moore lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle left the roadway and collided with a cement light pole, knocking the pole down. Moore was wearing a helmet. Moore was ejected from the motorcycle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This collision is still under investigation by the Camarillo Police Department's Traffic Bureau. Anyone with information regarding this collision is encouraged to contact Senior Deputy Shawn Holzberger at 805-388-5146.
