Suspect(s): Rolando Ramirez, a 24 year old Petaluma resident
Petaluma PD officers were dispatched to report of a male masturbating on an apartment balcony, which overlooked the complex’s pool. Officers arrived and received a suspect description and possible apartment number. Officers contacted Rolando Ramirez, who was positively identified by witnesses, who then placed him under citizen arrest. He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail for indecent exposure and an outstanding warrant.
