There is a power outage on Cochran St. between Sycamore Dr. and Sequoia Ave. The power outage has resulted in the loss of power to several traffic signals. Southern California Edison personnel are on scene and working on restoring power. Please be careful driving through the area and treat all the intersections with inoperative traffic signals as 4-way stops.
