In July of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior 1 issued an arrest warrant for Shawn Eugene Gould for two counts of domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant woman and two counts of domestic battery. Gould also has an outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 for possession of cocaine, narcotic drug, or methamphetamine, dealing in a synthetic drug, and unlawful possession or use of a legend drug.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
