Full Notification

Silver Ford Windstar early 2000's may have been following young girl on bike in area of Plymouth/Fenton earlier today. Vehicle followed girl slowly in van while she was on bike. She entered store and he parked in lot. Driver made no statements to the girl but a passerby noticed the activity and approached the black male driver at which time he immediately fled the location in van. Occurred around 3pm today. Blk male driver described as clean shaven and in 50's.
