Synopsis: A Greyhound bus left downtown San Diego with several passengers. While they were travelling NB 5 two males got into a physical fight. A 27 year old victim was stabbed several times. The bus pulled over on the freeway and the suspect fled up the hill towards UCSD. The suspect was found and arrested in a parking lot. The suspect is 35 year old Gilbert Dominguez. The victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. San Diego Police Northern Detectives are investigating.
