Recovered Stolen Vehicle 
On July 10, 2018 at 6:05pm, a Middleton Police Officer located an occupied stolen vehicle in the 7500 block of University Avenue.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the occupants.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 21 year old Jamarious Shoulders of Madison. The 17 year old male passenger from Fitchburg was identified and issued a citation for Possession of Controlled Substances and released. The 15 year old female passenger from Middleton was identified and released.
Shoulders was booked into the Dane County Jail on a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent and a Parole Violation. Shoulders was also issued a citation for Driving without a License.
