Synopsis: Two 28 year old males were in a 2006 Ford Focus eastbound 3300 University Avenue. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit the south curb, jumped the sidewalk and hit a light pole causing the vehicle to snap in half. Both the driver and passenger were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. DUI is suspected and a warrant of arrest is pending. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the accident.
