On July 8, 2018, Thurmont Police responded to Stull Court for a report of vandalism. Investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) had thrown an unknown substance onto two vehicles. One vehicle is privately owned, the other is registered to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.
