Two Juveniles arrested for a series of Commercial and Vehicle Burglaries.

On 7/6/18 at 1:30 in the morning, an alert MHPD officer was on patrol when he noticed two suspicious juveniles in the area of Monterey Rd/Barrett Ave. The officer believed he had interrupted the juveniles during a criminal act and attempted to make contact with them. The juvenile suspects ran from the officer but were quickly detained without incident. During the investigation it was discovered that the two juvenile suspects had just committed a commercial burglary at Morgan Hill Vapors located on 15650 Vineyard Blvd #J.
The investigation revealed that the two juvenile suspects age 15 and 16 yrs, both from Morgan Hill.

The juveniles are also responsible for four other commercial burglaries within the last week (Forever Nails, La Parisienne Hair Salon, Essential Hair Unlimited and a previous burglary at Morgan Hill Vapors). They were also responsible for three auto-burglaries earlier this same evening.

The juvenile were arrested and later transported and booked into the Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall. They were each charged with 7 counts of Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Conspiracy.
