Synopsis: The suspect and victim are neighbors. The suspect, a 36 year old male was working on his car when the victim, a 32 year old male came home. The suspect confronted the victim about a power tool he lent him about two weeks earlier. The two got into an argument that turned physical and during the altercation the suspect struck the victim with a beer bottle causing minor lacerations to the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the suspect was arrested at the scene. Area detectives will be investigating the incident.
