Public Assistance Request - Dog Bite
The Janesville Police Department is seeking public assistance locating and identifying a dog involved in an animal bite. On 7/7/2018 between 09:00 am and 09:30 am a woman was bit by a dog being walked in the 600 to 700 block of S Main St.
At the time of the bite the dog was being walked by a male, white wearing a white shirt and black hat. The male had a tall, thin build. The dog was described as being a Labrador/Pit Bull mix breed, all brown in color with white around the chest area. The victim did overhear the owner calling the dog “Ed”.
