Janesville man arrested for 4th Offense OWI 
On 7-6-18 at 11:56 PM Janesville Police were sent to the Memorial Dr. bridge for a single vehicle traffic crash. Contact was made with the driver, Nicholas Daniels, who appeared intoxicated stating he lost control of his vehicle and struck the side of the bridge. Standard field sobriety tests showed significant signs of impairment. Daniels was arrested for OWI 4th offense after a department of transportation check showed he has 3 prior OWI convictions. Daniels was also arrested for bailjumping, and cited for operating after revocation and no insurance. Daniels was held at the Rock Co. Jail pending his initial appearance in court.
