...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM EDT FOR NORTHEASTERN OCEAN AND MONMOUTH COUNTIES... At 757 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with more storms moving in from the west. One to two inches of rain is likely in much of the advisory area within the next couple of hours. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Some locations that could experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, Middletown, Jackson, Howell, Marlboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Beachwood, Keansburg, Matawan, Manasquan, Highlands, Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights and Lakehurst.
