In June of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued an arrest warrant for Kyle Evan Yates for possession of a narcotic drug. Yates also has an arrest warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 for possession of a synthetic drug. Also in June, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 6 issued an arrest warrant for Yates for operating while intoxicated, dealing in a synthetic drug, possession of a synthetic drug, and possession of paraphernalia. Yates has an additional arrest warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 6 for leaving the scene of a crash.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
