On July 4, 2018, at 9:45 p.m. Deputy Jennifer Robb observed a Tan 2010 Ford Fusion parked at Gibson Lanes in Princeton, Indiana with the door of the vehicle open. At that point Deputy Robb went to check on the vehicle and found 24 year old Stephen Desposito of Huntingburg in the driver’s seat. While speaking with Mr. Desposito Deputy Robb detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver and began a roadside DUI investigation. At the conclusion of the DUI investigation Mr. Desposito was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Resisting Law Enforcement. He remains in custody on a $750 bond.
